TROPICAL STORM HERNAN CAUSES BYPASS HIGHWAY WASHOUT 4K

The bypass highway designed to shorten the route from Highway 200 to costal cites was washed out as a result of Tropical Storm Hernan that dumped record amounts of rain in the area. The bypass has a detour in place that can be used to go around the bridge and the bypass can be used using this short detour. The normal route using Highway 200 is also open.
