Must Of Us Might Think That The Cheap Chinese Solar Controller Is With It's Values All Wrong But That's Not The Case. The Panels Are Putting Out A Decent 19.1 Volts, So, How Come The Cheap Chinese Solar Controller Is Still Showing 12.9 Volts?...Patience
