Tropics continue to dominate the weather as we see Tropical Storm Epsilon become hurricane Epsilon on Wednesday into Thursday and be near Bermuda late Thursday into early Friday. Also watching another tropical disturbance in the Caribbean which bears watching. Warmer than average pattern continues in the eastern half of North America, along with beautiful fall color across much of the Northeast. There have been some changes in the winter outlook for 2020 which has prompted me to delay it another week, as things are looking quite interesting which I will have a complete update on that coming out just later this month.
