Hurricane Forecast Discussion - High Chance Potential Tropical Storm For...

We have a lot to talk about as far as the tropics go in today's hurricane forecast outlook and discussion. We are monitoring 3 areas that have a medium to high chance for tropical storm formation over the next 5 days and I'm telling you the ECMWF looks like we may be looking at one of the most active Septembers in a long time. The question is could tropical storm Paulette, Rene, and even Sally form by September 15th? We will also be doing a few demonstrations of why wind shear is important and why upper ocean heat content is important also.
