In today's Hurricane Forecast and Discussion, we'll be discussing about Major Hurricane Genevieve and how impactful will it be to Baja California and we'll also be discussing the concern the invest 98L could have over the leeward and windward islands as invest 98L will likely earn it's name Laura which is the 12th named storm of the Atlantic hurricane season according to the National Hurricane Center and could set even more records but the question is could Invest 98L become Hurricane Laura in 6 to 8 days.
