Tropical Storm Laura forms; two hurricanes in the Gulf of Mexico?

Tropical Storm Laura has formed and is still on track to pass close to Florida. Meanwhile, the National Hurricane Center forecast calls for two hurricanes to be in the Gulf of Mexico at the same time, which Jim Weber says has never happened before.
